The design layout shows entry doors opening onto the kitchen and table with living space (snug) and stair under the larger mezzanine with the bathroom under the smaller mezzanine space. This can be used for storage and /or a single bed. Another storage space is accessed from the bathroom. The snug can be developed to open to the outside. There is storage under the stairs for hanging clothes and room to hang the foldaway table behind the ladder. The exterior cladding is Pinetech vertical boards sheets, with aluminum joinery and corrugated roofing. Framing is lightweight steel framing. This would sit on a flat top LHT trailer that has no protruding wheel arches. Water storage bladders sit on the trailer framing.
