The Work: A re-do of an outside are a between an upgraded retaining wall (that supports a carpark above) + the house to create a pleasant space with seating, paving and easy access to a BBQ area at Piha. The
design of the retaining wall was the responsibility of the Engineer. A Geotech was also involved. The new retaining wall needed a Building Consent.
