Completed getting retrospectively a CCC for a 3 level home in Westmere designed and built in 1994. The work involved replacing exterior ply cladding with sheet joint + jamb flashings; confirming the integrity of the existing timber frame; replacing failing windows with double glazed windows involving window + wall redesign; replacing a membrane roof + failing timber gutter box; adding balustrades to 2 stairs; replacing an ensuite on the upper level due it being structurally compromised.
